In-Person
Get results faster in my private separate entrance home gym with equipment ranging from a squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a landmine, sandbags, TRX, cable, Ancore, bench, slam balls, battle rope, bike, heavy bag, and more. Sessions are available for one-on-one personal training, partner training, or women’s semi-private training for up to 3 people.
REMOTE
Fear not, these live remote sessions are not your average Zoom work meeting. Virtual training appointments together will be fun and engaging. They’ll include continuous detailed coaching & encouragement, help improve consistency and accountability, and are tailored to your space, equipment, and individual needs.
Create connections & have fun w/ your coach, with the option to add up to 5 additional teammates for partner or small group training, one-on-one personal training, partner training, or small group training up to 6 people available. A laptop is ideal for viewing & moving around but any device on which you can access Zoom will work. Learn more here.
ONLINE
If you’re good at holding yourself accountable to exercise but want an experienced coach to take the guesswork out of your training programs, this is a great option to help you reach your goals faster. A personalized training program will be delivered through an app after a check-in every 4-weeks with weekly coaching feedback as needed.
