For anyone who would like custom progressive training programs to do on their own. Whether you want to feel more confident stepping into the gym, knowing exactly what to do to work towards your goals, or you want a realistic way to get stronger & fit exercise into a busy day, online training can help.

 

Individualized

Workouts are not one size fits all. Everyone has different uniquities to consider when crafting progressive programs that get them closer to their goals month after month. Allow me, a coach with over 19 years of experience & education as a personal trainer, to design your next program based on your needs & preferences.

Here are some of the many factors that influence a custom program:

  • Training goals

  • Location/s

  • Accessible equipment (bodyweight training is an option if you don’t have any)

  • Length of workout preferred

  • Strength training experience

  • Age

  • 1, 2 or 3 workouts preferred every 4-weeks

  • Movements you love or hate

  • Injuries & medical conditions

  • Exercises you’d like to be able to do (looking at you pull-ups!)

  • Occupations

  • Additional physical activities & sports

  • Obstacles to training & consistency

  • Recovery influences (ex: sleep, stress & nutrition)

Accessible

Train at the best time for your schedule, whether that looks like a 5:30 AM session before the kids wake up or a lunch break session in the middle of your work day.

Traditional personal training requires your schedule to align with your coach’s open timeslots. With online training, you have all your workouts at your fingertips to do when it’s most ideal for you and it’s as easy as downloading an app.

Custom programs will be delivered every 4 weeks through the Everfit app. You’ll see your training sessions on a calendar with the option to move them around.

Each workout includes clear videos of the exercises and custom-written instructions with tips on execution, set-up, & ways to make them harder or easier.

Interactive

Ask your coach questions & receive feedback once a week. Take videos of yourself doing any of the exercises you have questions about then submit them through the app for coaching input. Receive videos or written feedback in response.

Log your weights, time, sets & reps so you & your coach can see your progress. Complete a check-in every 4 weeks to provide input for your next custom program.
